CANADIAN COUNTRY ARTIST DAVID JAMES DELIVERS HIS LATEST SINGLE “ALL THE TIME”, AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE TODAY

Toronto, ON (August 9, 2019) – CCMA Award nominated Canadian country artist David James is pleased to announce his new single “All The Time”, available today via MDM Recordings Inc./Universal Music Canada. The romantic track serves up melodic hooks and sleek guitar riffs and serves as the follow-up to his Top 40 single “Cars, Girls & The Radio”. “I love this song; it’s incredibly hooky, and as soon as I heard it I knew I wanted to record it,” says James. “I’m so excited to be releasing new music and I can’t wait for everyone to hear this track, it might be my favourite to date!” To kick off 2019, James hit the road as the featured guest on JUNO-nominated country artist Aaron Pritchett’s “Out On The Town” tour, a role he’ll be reprising for the second leg later this fall, travelling through Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and British Columbia before wrapping in Alberta mid-October.

“Cars, Girls, & The Radio” followed James’ Top 15 title-track single from his 2017 sophomore EP “Downtown Kids”, which also spawned his first ever Top 15 hit with “Sun Set On It” and earned him the 2018 Manitoba Country Music Association Award for “Album of the Year”. In keeping with his landmark year, James was also nominated at the MCMA Awards for “Male Artist of the Year”, “Video of the Year” and “Single of the Year”.

Since bursting onto the Canadian country music scene following his 2014 signing with MDM Recordings Inc., James has celebrated multiple career milestones including the release of his debut EP “Songs About A Girl” and two subsequent CCMA Award nominations, a debut performance at the highly-celebrated Boots and Hearts Music Festival and a Canadian Radio Music Award nomination for “Best New Group or Solo Artist: Country”. Making his way through a handful of summer dates, James recently celebrated plays at Toronto’s Canadian Music Week, the Calgary Stampede, Big Valley Jamboree and more.
